I'm a convert to Catholicism. It wasn't until I was going through RCIA (now OCIA) that I began to learn about the connections between the Old and New Testament. How the New fulfilled the Old, and the Old led way for the New. It was fascinating. There was so much symbolism and meaning to unpack.

Now fast forward and I have several children, one of whom is preparing for her First Holy Communion. I'd like to introduce this biblical symbolism and show my children the connections between the Old and New Testaments, but how? It's hard enough sometimes for me as an adult to grasp.

Well, I'm so happy to share a set of books made just for kids that helps to bridge the Old and New Testaments making biblical typology easy for children of all ages to understand.

While meant for kids, I must say, I'm also learning right alongside my daughter :)

The best part? After reading one of the books to my 7 yo daughter, I was curious if she understood it. I asked her what she like about it.  She smiled and said her favorite part was, "How it went back and forth between Old and New!" Well, I'd say she got it!
